Rough clean happens with trades still on site; final clean is after. Quoting both as one number is how projects end up in disputes. We scope and price them separately.

As a fixed project price against a written scope, after we see the space or the plans. Square footage, level of finish, glass, and whether rough and final cleans are both needed all affect it.
How much notice do you need?+
Typically one to two weeks for scheduling, though we can often accommodate shorter timelines for projects in Indianapolis. Give us the projected substantial-completion date as early as you can.
Do you handle debris removal?+
Light debris and packaging, yes. Bulk construction waste and dumpster hauling remain with the contractor unless scoped separately.
