Second and third shift, weekend blocks, or a rolling schedule by zone — we build around your throughput, not the other way around. Nights, weekends, and 7-day coverage are all available.
Floor care drives most of the cost
Sealed concrete, epoxy, and painted floors each behave differently under scrubbers. The walkthrough is where we confirm equipment, chemistry, and frequency so the quote is accurate.
Documentation matters more when nobody is there
Warehouses are cleaned when the floor is empty. A report with area-level photos, a completion time, and GPS check-in is how a facility manager confirms the dock area was done without being there at 3 a.m.

Floor area and floor type
Sealed concrete rides a scrubber quickly; epoxy and coated floors need different pads and chemistry. Rack aisles and staging areas are priced separately from open floor.
Shift schedule
Third-shift and weekend windows are the norm. Pricing reflects how many hours the crew can work without forklift traffic.
Breakrooms, restrooms, and offices
Usually the daily-frequency items. Plant-floor scrubbing may be weekly while restrooms are nightly, and the scope lists each area with its own frequency.
One fixed monthly price for recurring work, with periodic items like high dusting or dock-plate degreasing listed with their own frequency and cost.
How a transition works.
Warehouse transitions usually happen because floor care was quietly dropped or breakrooms became a shift complaint. We overlap the first week with your production calendar, walk the floor with your operations lead to mark exclusion zones, and photograph baseline conditions on night one. Our crews bring their own auto-scrubber and supplies; if you prefer we run your equipment, that is written into the scope with maintenance responsibility spelled out.

What the first month looks like.
Days 1–3: Safety onboarding
Crew lead completes your site safety orientation, PPE requirements, and forklift-zone rules. Equipment staging and water access confirmed.
Week 1: Baseline and first reports
The first scrub sets a baseline photo record by area. Reports show which aisles, docks, and support spaces were serviced and when.
Days 14–30: Frequency tuning
Dock dust load, breakroom use, and restroom traffic vary by operation. We adjust frequencies in writing so you are not paying for nightly scrubbing a weekly floor needs.

Do you clean around active operations?+
Yes, by zone. Many Indianapolis facilities run a rolling schedule where staging and office areas are cleaned during low-traffic periods and floors are scrubbed when a zone is clear. This is defined in the written scope.
Can you handle facilities over 100,000 sq ft?+
Yes. We currently service facilities from about 2,000 to 100,000+ sq ft. Larger sites are scoped by zone with frequency set per zone.
Is warehouse cleaning priced per square foot?+
Square footage is one input. Floor type, frequency, restroom and breakroom count, and cleaning windows matter as much. We quote a fixed monthly price against a written scope after the walkthrough.
Do you provide floor scrubbing equipment?+
Yes. Equipment and chemistry are matched to your floor type during the walkthrough and included in the quote.
