Do you clean around active operations?+
Yes, by zone. Many Indianapolis facilities run a rolling schedule where staging and office areas are cleaned during low-traffic periods and floors are scrubbed when a zone is clear. This is defined in the written scope.
Can you handle facilities over 100,000 sq ft?+
Yes. We currently service facilities from about 2,000 to 100,000+ sq ft. Larger sites are scoped by zone with frequency set per zone.
Is warehouse cleaning priced per square foot?+
Square footage is one input. Floor type, frequency, restroom and breakroom count, and cleaning windows matter as much. We quote a fixed monthly price against a written scope after the walkthrough.

Yes. Equipment and chemistry are matched to your floor type during the walkthrough and included in the quote.
