Places of worship are busiest on a few set days, and the building needs to be ready before each one. We clean on the days and times you choose, for example after the weekend services and again before midweek gatherings, so the space is ready when people arrive. The schedule is written into your scope, and if your calendar changes for a holiday season or a special gathering, we confirm the change with you in writing.
Many congregations use the building all week: offices, meeting rooms, classrooms and a fellowship hall. We scope each area on its own frequency, so a lightly used office is not billed like a restroom that sees hundreds of visitors on a Sunday.

Those notes go into the written scope, and the same crew is assigned to your building so they learn the layout and the routines that matter to you.
