Event venues, banquet and meeting halls, club lounges, fellowship halls and offices that host company gatherings all have the same problem: the next morning, or the next booking, the room has to look ready. We clean after weddings, receptions, company parties, conferences and community events, on a schedule agreed in writing before the event.

Venues with a steady calendar can set up recurring post-event visits tied to their bookings. Offices and halls that host now and then can schedule a single visit. Either way, the scope and the timing are set in the written proposal before the event, not decided after the room is a mess.

Planned ahead, not improvised

During the walkthrough we note the rooms, the furniture layout you want restored, where trash goes, and who lets the crew in and locks up. Everything goes into a written scope, so the crew knows what done looks like before the event starts. Event-related work such as stacking chairs or resetting tables is listed in the scope only if you want it.

Proof the room is ready

Each visit is logged with a GPS check-in, and our crew takes photos by area when the work is finished. You receive the photo report, so you can confirm the room is ready without driving to the venue. We clean with our own crews, never subcontractors. Every crew member is background-checked and OSHA-trained, and Chow Connections is insured and bonded.
